Captain Harry Kane's Late Goal Seals Victory over Denmark

Euro 2020 Semi-Final Recap

England have booked their place in the final of Euro 2020 after a thrilling 2-1 victory over Denmark in extra time. Harry Kane scored the winning goal from the rebound after his penalty was saved in the 104th minute.

Denmark had taken the lead through Mikkel Damsgaard in the 30th minute, but Simon Kjær's own goal brought England level just before half-time.

The game remained deadlocked after 90 minutes, and it was Kane who proved to be the hero in extra time. His winning goal means that England will now face Italy in the final at Wembley Stadium on Sunday.

It is England's first appearance in a major men's final since the 1966 World Cup, when they lifted the trophy on home soil.
