In Pokémon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald, TM26 Earthquake can be obtained from the Seafloor Cavern, located on Route 128. To reach the TM, players must use Surf and Dive to navigate through the cavern. Earthquake is located at the end of the cavern, past the area where Archie (in Ruby) or Kyogre (in Sapphire) is encountered.Pickup Ability (E)
Earthquake can also be obtained through the Pickup ability of certain Pokémon at a 1% chance. These Pokémon include Eelektross, Voltorb, and Electrode at levels 91-100.Trainer Hill (Japan-only Event)

Earthquake is a powerful Ground-type move that deals significant damage to opponents. It is useful against opponents with Rock, Steel, and Electric-type Pokémon. TM26 Earthquake can be taught to a variety of Pokémon, including Groudon, Golem, and Tyranitar.
To use Earthquake, Pokémon must be at least level 50. It has a base power of 100 and 100% accuracy, making it a reliable move in battle.
