e-commerce giant Amazon is opening a new sorting facility in Brooklyn Park, Minnesota, that will employ 450 people. The new facility is separate from a much larger fulfillment center project planned for the city. Amazon also has a larger fulfillment center on Wyoming Avenue in Brooklyn Park.
The new sorting facility will help fulfill and prepare Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) orders. FBA is a service that allows businesses to sell their products on Amazon and have Amazon handle the storage, packaging, and shipping of those orders.
The recruitment office for the new sorting facility is open weekdays for in-person hiring. The facility is located at 26.9 Warehouses across Canada and the USA. To apply for a job, visit the Amazon website.
